Cancellation insurance

While cancellation insurance is optional, it is nevertheless recommended to take it out. Camping LE SAINT MARTIN offers optional cancellation/interruption insurance in your booking form. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to refund all or part of the stay only to clients who have taken out the « Campez Couvert » insurance.

The insurance premium represents 3.50% of the cost of the stay (excluding booking fees and tourist tax). The cancellation insurance will refund the amounts retained by the campsite, after deduction of booking fees and the deductible specified in the special conditions.

The cancellation insurance contract must be taken out at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of your stay, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing your departure occurs, by mail or email. If the claim is covered by the general conditions (available on the website: www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.

In case of interruption of stay, pay the full amount (the balance) of the stay to the campsite. Notify the campsite of your early departure. Declare the claim within 5 working days:
