Its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer privacy and practicality for everyone, ensuring truly serene holidays. On the large terrace, the private spa completes the experience: a true haven of relaxation in the heart of the Landes. Here, your stay rhymes with comfort, well-being, and a natural break between ocean and forest.
Living / Dining area: convivial space with a sofa, a chauffeuse chair and ottoman, 4 chairs and a table, television, heating, and air conditioning.
Equipped kitchen: hob, extractor hood, 2-door refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, adjustable reading lights, private bathroom with modern shower cabin, vanity unit, backlit mirror, separate toilet, hairdryer, and safe.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: two sets of two single beds (80x190 cm) with adjustable reading lights, shared bathroom, and toilet.
Bathrooms: one or two depending on the model
Private terrace: garden furniture, clothes dryer, sun lounger, plancha grill, private spa, and outdoor shower.

Conditions and practical information
- Arrival / Departure: Arrivals in high season are from 5 PM to 11 PM. Outside these hours, our security service can welcome you.
- Deposit: a deposit of €200 for accommodation and €90 for cleaning is required (payable by card, cheque, or cash).
- Tourist tax: the tourist tax is €0.86 per day per adult, to be paid on site.
- Rental services: baby kits, linen rental, and TV rental are available upon reservation.
- Pets: pets are accepted in our rentals under certain conditions.
