The "On the Tracks of the Old Railway Line" Loop: an easy 6.4 km loop, with no elevation gain, ideal for a 1.5-hour walk. Departure from Airial Nougaro.
The Pont du Loup Loop: more varied and of medium difficulty, this circuit crosses pine forests, deciduous trees, wooded dunes, and streams. Also departing from Airial Nougaro, Rue Gaston Nougaro.

A 26.5 km loop connects the villages of Azur, Soustons, Vieux-Boucau, and Messanges, on safe cycling paths. Allow approximately 2.5 hours for this outing, accessible to all cyclists, with no elevation gain.
