Les Landes, the ideal destination for a surf camp
With over 100 kilometers of coastline, the department of Les Landes, located in southwestern France, is a prime destination for surf enthusiasts, from beginners to experienced surfers. Renowned for its long sandy beaches and powerful waves, the Landes coast – nicknamed "the Silver Coast" – boasts many of the most famous surf spots in the southwest, such as Biscarrosse, Mimizan, Moliets, Vieux-Boucau, Seignosse, and Hossegor.
Summer is the ideal season to enjoy a surf camp in Les Landes. The waves are gentler and less intimidating than those of the neighboring Basque Country. Longer days allow for surfing early in the morning or late in the evening, when there are fewer people in the water and on the beach.
Le Saint Martin in Moliets: surf-friendly campsite
For a total immersion in the world of surfers, head to Le Saint Martin campsite in Moliets. With direct beach access, a surf school, and a surf shop, surfing enthusiasts will find their happiness here.

A surf school, the Maa Surf Shop & School, a school certified by the French Surfing Federation, adjoins the campsite. For over 30 years, Delphine and Hervé Cancouët have been sharing their passion for surfing and their knowledge of the ocean there.
The team is dynamic, friendly, and attentive to everyone's needs. Surf lessons and courses are offered to both beginners and more experienced surfers. Children can learn to surf from the age of 6, and even at 40, it's never too late to start!
Surf camp means... accommodation

We also welcome surfers with their tents, motorhomes, vans, or converted vans, on spacious and shaded pitches, with water and electricity.
